Strategic Planning - We ensure that there are working  links between local and national plans and policy including the Wales Spatial Plan. We aim through our work programme to assist in communication between all parties and facilitate capacity building that results in strong, representative Trade Associations across the region.

Marketing - We co ordinate product marketing where appropriate to support national priorities and close gaps at destination level and buy in the Visit Wales national activity in order to ensure that the region is well represented.

Research - We assist with a range of research from detailed visitor surveys to market intelligence and bed space statistics all of which is designed to inform and support the sustainable development of tourism 

Business Practice - We develop and provide skill development opportunities through Gallu and signpost product development and business support services from the Welsh Assembly Government and other organisations
